Deep Shikha (Associate)

 

Ms. Deep Shikha is a qualified lawyer registered with the Bar Council of Chhattisgarh. She completed her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur and LL.M. in Corporate law from NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai, with several accolades to her name.

With a broad experience of interning at esteemed legal offices of Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. (NSE), Finsec Law Advisors Mumbai, Fox & Mandal Noida and several other places, she brings a concise and rational approach to solving legal problems. 

Inspired by her father she also aspired to serve her hometown and following in his footsteps, she set up her legal practice in 2021 with the objective of introducing corporate and commercial legal services in Ambikapur. Her clarity of thought and decisiveness along with her enterprising spirit make her indispensable for her team and the firm.

A brilliant conversationalist, her interests range from philosophy to music and dancing that add a cultural depth to her personality.

The legal wing offers a wide assortment of services in the field of corporate and commercial law including drafting of all kinds of deeds and agreements, Partnership firm registration and compliances, IPR Registration, legal advice to start-ups and other businesses, contract drafting and negotiation etc.
