Professional Experience
V. Jaiswal & Co. (VJC) was founded by CA Vijay Jaiswal in the year 1988 after he qualified his Chartered Accountancy exam at the age of 23 years as one of the youngest CAs of his time in India. Upon qualification of CA and completion of his articleship from an esteemed firm, S.R. Batliboi & Co., Calcutta, he was offered several job offers across the country. However, his drive to assist business-owners from his small hometown led him to establish his practice in Ambikapur in the year 1988. With a vision to expand the scope and importance of Chartered Accountants in the functioning of a business, and to ensure sound financial advisory be made available to clients from such remote location, he consistently worked to build a quality institution that would prove to be irreplaceable to the clients.
In order to encourage more students into opting for Chartered Accountancy as a career option, he co-founded the Chartered Accountants Society of Surguja.
Additionally, he has been appointed as the Director of Renuka Nagrik Sahkari Bank Ambikapur since 2003.
Personal Journey
Mr. Vijay Jaiswal operates not only as a CA for the clients but rather as their advisor in various aspects of their lives such as wealth planning, succession planning, growth strategy etc.
Having led a life full of hardships, he learnt early to rise to the challenges with his unyielding spirit, relentless drive, and resolute dedication. This instilled in him the qualities of authenticity, compassion, and resilience that would then become the foundation of this firm. His ideals and life-lessons are integral part of the organisation and he continues to lead towards the future with his bright outlook and warm mentorship.
Community Building
Apart from his professional endeavours, he contributes to the society in a number of ways that includes providing financial assistance as well as advisory guidance to cardiac patients in their treatment (1500 and counting).
Mr. Jaiswal has always sought to do his part in the welfare of the community, and therefore dedicates ample time towards counselling students and associates in pursuing lucrative avenues, guiding the high school students and youth of the town in finding the right career path, inspiring people of all ages to further contribute in building a vibrant and thriving community.
A deeply spiritual person, he is enthusiastic in conducting and engaging in regular spiritual and religious ceremonies, as well as encouraging others towards the path of individualism and peace. He also serves as the Chairperson of the Durga Mandir Trust of Ambikapur.
It is attributes such as these that make Mr. Vijay Jaiswal a distinguished, respected and noble personality in the community.
